2010 Rates:  (Minimum Stay 3 Nights)

1-2 persons: 125.00 per night 750.00 per week+ 11% (gov. tax)
3-4 persons: 150.00 per night 900.00 per week+ 11% (gov. tax)
5-6 persons: 175.00 per night 1.050.00 per week+ 11%(gov. tax)

*Children under 10 (two maximum) Stay Free

To reserve your dates, please E-Mail Us with your requested dates. We will contact you shortly with a confirmation of your reservation whereupon you may submit your deposit or payment below.

Reservation Deposit: $300.00 by credit card (below), via PayPal or by cashiers check, money order, or travelers check to owners. Please call or e-mail for further information.

Balance due will be invoiced, is payable via PayPal or check and is due 30 days in advance of arrival.

A deposit of $300.00 is required to hold a booking. A booking will not be firm until the deposit is received. The deposit will be refundable if a cancellation is made 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Refunds will not be made on deposits and/or rental fees if cancellation is made within 30 days of scheduled arrival date. In the event of a hurricane or airline strike we will honor the rescheduling of your booking at a later date within one year subject to availability of accommodation. There will be no refunds in this case. There are no refunds of deposits or rental fees for the high season of December - February, except  rescheduling in accordance to the hurricane and airline policy outlined above
